There are two methods by which you can apply and pay for your bionetics test. Firstly, you can apply, pay for and download your test application online, using our secure online payment option. Secondly, you can download an application and send this to us with a cheque or postal order payment. Please choose from one of these options below.

Select this option to access and print off an information leaflet and application form.

Once complete send your application along with payment and hair samples for testing and signed privacy policy document. Cheque payment applications will normally have a 14-day results turnaround.
